About Your Private GP
Dr Aida Lau is an experienced GP who works across both NHS and private healthcare settings. She provides personalised, compassionate and professional GP care for patients with a wide range of health needs, including acute illness, ongoing health concerns and general medical advice.
Dr Lau’s qualifications include MB ChB, DRCOG, MRCGP 2017 and PG Cert MedLER. She is also involved in medical education, including teaching medical students and supporting GP training.
Bilingual consultations are available in English and Mandarin, with Cantonese understood, helping more patients feel comfortable and supported during their appointment.
Private GP consultations are available inside Carrington Pharmacy in a professional clinical setting.
Video and phone appointments are available for patients who prefer remote support.

Life Private GP provides private GP services from inside Carrington Pharmacy at 343–345 Mansfield Road, Carrington, Nottingham, NG5 2DA. The service is led by Dr Aida Lau and is designed for patients who want flexible access to private medical care without long waiting times.
Patients can access face-to-face GP appointments, remote consultations, prescriptions where clinically appropriate, blood tests, medical letters, sick notes and referrals for further investigations or specialist care.
